Staff at guest reception and around the property were all generally friendly. But we did encounter a couple issues that made our stay less than stellar. First, the mini fridge in the room was constantly making a purring noise, which was slightly annoying. When I told the front desk about it, they said it sometimes happens when the cooling function is maxed out, which stresses out the motor... so.... Anyway, the other issue, which is quite major, was that one is the complimentary bottles of water on our room was actually half drank/empty. That's a glaring oversight by the housekeeping staff. It definitely made is think about what else may have been overlooked when cleaning the room.

Parking was definitely safe and convenient, and the hotel is beautiful. The staff are very professional and accomadating, and the rooms are wonderful! Easy access to the casino, with great dining options, especially Eggington's and Willows.
