The room was very nice but the bed was awful so hard I would not stay there again for that reason. We are on a 8 day road trip this was the most expensive hotel and the worst bed.

Most of the staff were great, especially in the sports bar, where the food was very good. The guest rooms were wonderful and very clean. I would have as whole given it 5 stars, however the casino not so good. Using the club card in the machines was very confusing, it was very smokey, confusing layout etc. I only spent a short amount of time on one slot machine, and did not go back the next day due to having to go up and down the different floors.

not so friendly to family with kids.

Overall, we like the hotel and our stay. The only issue might be that most areas are restricted to kids under 21. That includes the dining, shop, and pool.

Loved the Hotel and it's services , the was a situation while going into the Restaurant you have to walk through the Casino & we were a family of 6 adults & 6 children we were harassed by security in the Casino we were at the bottom of stairs waiting for 3 adults that had 2 infants in stroller & we told security & they harrast us and couldnt understand that we were waiting for the childrens parents. Not kid friendly at all we have to go through the casino to get to the restaurants. We spend over $ 700 just in one sitting @ the restaurant and this happens. The pool was closed for an event but no kids are allowed @ the pool . we rented 3 rooms & our kids couldnt even use the pool. THIS HOTEL IS NOT KID FRIENDLY & WE SHOULD KNOW @ THE TIME OF BOOKING.

The hotel room was very nice, we spent two days in the pool area. Very clean enjoyed the pool area. Pool was a little cold very disappointed in the restaurant upstairs food was not to our liking.
