Had a great stay until we left and realized we had left a computer charger at the pool area and called but was told all we could do was fill out a form and if they could have sent someone to check it might not have gotten stolen. I drove all the way back to check myself approximately four hours after leaving but it was gone and staff clueless. Bad way to end stay.

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were beautiful, starbucks was well equipped for food for kate night eats. Drink service was readily available, Slot attendants were kind to hold machines for bathroom breaks. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

the casino staff were all friendly and helpful, but the restaurant staff upstairs above the casino was bad service not acknowledging us or helping us with drink orders. they were to invested in what appeared their friends group. we wanted a place to chill and buy drinks but unfortunately they did not care. please pass along to bartending staff upstairs

Only complaints: the casino was smokey, and the room had adjacent connecting doors in which we could hear the neighbors' tv and coughing. The staff was excellent, and the room was nice. I will probably stay again at a later time.
