VERY BUSY WEEKEND. DESK IS UNDERSTAFFED, BUT AJ IS A SOLID HOST. BUILDING SHOWS AGE AND UPGRADES ARE DONE CHEAPLY. The ROOM SMELLED & THE SOFA IS WET FROM THE CLEANING SOLUTION. ALL THAT IS FINE. HOUSCLEANING IS HORRIBLE! OUR ROOM SERVICE LEFT THE PILE OF TOWEL I SET ASIDE. THEY DID NOT EMPTY THE TRASH, & DID NOT REPLACE ANY OF THE USED DRINKING GLASSES. THEY DID NOT REFILL THE EMPTY SHOWER GEL CONTAINER EVEN THOUGH I TOOK IT OFF AND PUT IT ON THE SINK. CUDOSE THEY DID REHJANG THE EMPTY BOTTLE! GO FIGURE. LAST, DOWN THE HALL, DIRTY DISHES AND A PAIR OF BLK SOCKS HAD BEEN LEFT THERE FOR 2.5 DAYS, SOCKS WERE STILL THERE AS I CHECKED OUT.

This is an older location so rooms are a little dated. Some cleaning issues with hair on floors, sinks, bath. My wife has stayed there a few nights for business and on different dates. Some rooms were nice and some were dingy and had an older odor. Accommodations are nice and staff is very friendly. Price is good especially with breakfast offered.

Cleaning of the room was not good only gave clean big towels and no face towels parking was full and had to pay $22 a day for parking and pillows was flat and floor was dirty

Breakfast was awesome! I didnt like waiting 5+ minutes for the elevator. It seemed like last year when I was there the same middle elevator was inoperable aslo. Being charged for a parking lot outside that belongs to the hotel. Just add it to the room cost.

The toilet bowl was filthy. Looked like it was not cleaned. The bathroom was very old and outdated. Out of 3 nights only once our bed was made. We had to ask for fresh towels. The AC temperature was not cold enough. The staff was good, they did take care of things once it was mentioned to them.

Beautiful place once walking in but hotel room was dirty tub had hair in it. You can tell it’s old first room they gave us we walked into and it hadn’t even been clean by room service yet second room was dirty on the tables and the tub had hair in it, and I took pictures And showed them downstairs. Breakfast was pretty basic eggs, cereal oatmeal they did have an omelette bar sausage seemed undercooked. Potatoes were undercooked. It was an average

Poor experience

I asked every day for my room to be cleaned, and each day it was not done. I repeatedly informed the front desk of my disappointment, and each time they assured me the manager would be notified and it would be resolved the following day. Unfortunately, it never happened. On my second night, I returned to a dirty room and called for fresh towels. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again only to be told no one was available to deliver them and that I would have to come downstairs to get them. On the third night, I found the room uncleaned yet again and didn’t even bother calling. I went straight to the front desk for towels and once more explained what had happened for three consecutive nights. Each time, staff blamed housekeeping and said the manager would be informed, but I never received any follow-up. Adding to the frustration, I only parked on the property the first night but was charged for parking for my entire stay. I raised this issue and requested compensation for the experience, but despite being assured the manager would contact me, I received no communication and was billed in full. To make matters worse, on my third evening I ran out of toilet paper during the night because the room was never serviced. I had to call in the morning to request it. It’s clear why this hotel’s ratings are so low. The service was consistently poor, no accountability was taken, and my stay was extremely disappointing.

I thought the staff and breakfast team were great, very friendly and easy to talk with. The room was great, clean. Even the guests in the hotel were all very kind which made it feel safe. The only down is the room we were out in was in the corner on the floor that was having construction done. So felt like we were staying in a closed off part of the hotel with couches and tables stacked up outside our door and the door to the outside propped open with tools. It wasn’t bad, just a different vibe than the rest of the hotel. Overall, worked out great for a little weekend in California and was safe and easy to travel to and from.
