Worst Embassy experience, I used to rave of ES

Came in for a late check in- 1st time sent to 3rd floor-card key didn’t work 2nd time back- the room smells of mold, it’s torn upside down Back down- front desk says sorry, sent to 4th floor right above last room. Smells funny and there’s an indentation of a body who laid in the bed. As if someone had taken a nap Back down- front desk says sorry I ask for a room towards the top- he says they’re all very old. Not very clean, AC didn’t work, warm all night and stiff bed.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel, August 23,24, and 25. I tried to speak to the staff, but would not address any concerns because I booked through Expedia. The staff basically didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. The hotel was very dirty, we stayed in room 221. We had a blood stain on a pillow, unnecessary trash on the balcony, a broken table, the bathtub was gray, and you could see the dirt piled up in the corners of the bathroom. For the price that I payed, I feel like I was tricked by the beautiful lobby, which by presentation is why I booked here. Also, the maintenance floor was my floor, my hotel room door was continuously obstructed by staff carts!

The house keeper stole’s from me while the hotel manager did nothing about it. Also the hotel has an extremely outdated infrastructure.

We didn't like that we had to call Expedia to find our reservation and that took 30 minutes. We were already tored from the 300 mile drive and day at the beach. The breakfast was good. The bathroom door was broke off at the bottom hing so we hcouldnt shut the door.

Not that great

The door to the room got stuck and wouldn't open, once inside the room it smelled very old and musty. Everything seemed very dated and worn. The room was clean-ish, but very lacking for the price. The mattress was poor and very squeaky. Overall not a horrible place, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Long in the tooth and filthy

I am shocked that this hotel even appears on hotels.com. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. Dilapidated, dirty, understaffed, ragged and smelly. Do not go hear.
