Check-in was not good. Room was 2 hours late being ready and not recognized as a VIP. No additional accommodations, I.e. free parking and/or waiving if the resort fee offered. Breakfast was over crowded and woefully short on food coming out of the kitchen. It said free breakfast but we didn’t get to eat it due to lack of food coming out. Beautiful property, great location but the experience certainly feel short.

Great breakfast, nice staff. view was great . our room had the oceanfront, pool view and pier view. it was perfect especially watching the sunset. we also celebrated our wedding anniversary with our kids they ejoyed their own bedroom, we had spacious living area, kitchenette and balcony was great spot to have some nibbles. overall it was a memorable stay, my husband surprised me with the anniversary set up by the hotel staff with rose petals, champagne and chocolates. sweet.

My recent stay was disappointing and did not meet the expectations I had, especially given the premium price paid for an oceanfront room. Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be neither warm nor welcoming. While I observed one staff member assisting another guest with check-in and providing discount coupons, the person helping me did not extend the same courtesy. Additionally, I was not given any information about WiFi access, which is typically standard for any guest. The in-room amenities were also lacking. There was no cup available, and the water jar provided was completely empty. These small details contribute significantly to the overall guest experience and were unfortunately overlooked. I was assigned a room on the ground floor. Despite having paid a substantial amount for an “oceanfront” view, the location was far from ideal. The room opened onto a paseo area where groups of people gathered and socialized late into the night, often talking and singing loudly. The noise significantly impacted my ability to relax or sleep peacefully. Overall, the experience did not align with the value I expected from the price paid. The view and amenities did not justify the cost, and the atmosphere was not conducive to a restful stay.
