The hotel is misleading. The king ocean room is way smaller than I thought, the water pressure at the hotel sucks, they don’t answer the phone, there is no communication between staff for special notes, we asked for a late checkout and someone came to the room to clean/see if we were out and my keys stopped working. The hotel says pet friendly everywhere but you HAVE to ASK for a pet friendly room or you’ll be charged a nonrefundable $200 “cleaning fee”. They gave me a $30 gift card for the trouble but I’d never come back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Mini getaway with husband. Enjoyed full free breakfast sitting by fire-pit overlooking the ocean, very peaceful. Theres beach access through some stairs. Wonderful relaxing stay.

The front desk clerk, Abby, was great! She was very friendly and helpful. We had reserved a partial ocean view room with two queen beds but were given a full ocean view deluxe room with two queen beds. It was the best room! It had the perfect ocean view. The amenities were great. There were multiple sitting areas with fire pits around the property. Also, there's direct beach access and it's just a short walk along the beach to the pier.

Perfect peaceful California coast getaway

The location is awesome for a quiet and peaceful California coast getaway. The beach is very accessible and the three tubs are awesome and great when it is cool outside. Our plan was not to leave the hotel and that was very possible with the available breakfast and with the nearby restaurant providing delivery . The delivery was late one time (expect 40 minutes at least). The breakfast was nice. Thanks for providing free parking and no hidden or unexpected fees. There is available water , tea and coffee around the clock and there are freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. The weather could get a little cold there so check the weather before going and pack some sweaters . We were able to swim and have fun in the pool despite the cold.

My fiancé and I loved the hotel. It was so beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean and beach access. My only complaint would be that it wasn’t stated anywhere on the booking that their rooftop was going to be under construction the weekend I went. I paid the extra money to stay at the nicer hotel for their cool amenities, had I known that wasn’t available I possibly would’ve booked somewhere else. But! My fiancé and I definitely want to return to be able to experience the rooftop. Hopefully!
