My husband and I spent one night at Oxford suites, and I highly recommend. Extremely reasonable, spacious and clean suite with King bed, and pullout couch in separate living room. Nice size mini fridge, microwave, and sink in living room. WiFi worked great, hot breakfast is included; 5 min drive to Pismo Pier!

Upon waking in to room 219, it smelled like old, damp, dirty furniture. We dropped our stuff off and left to enjoy the beach. When we returned and tried to shower the tub filled up with dirty water within 2-3 min. The drain wasn’t working. We called the front desk who sent the maintenance man. He removed the drain stopped and said he’d send someone first thing in the morning to snake it. Long story short, no one came to fix the tub and none of us were able to shower. Also, I’m a stomach sleeper, and the area between the bed and nightstand smelled horrible! It was a mix between a dirty, wet dog and vomit.it was so gross, I was woken up several times during the night due to the nasty smell.
