Our favorite hotel

It was a trip for our anniversary and this hotel was perfect! Big room and good price. Close to our favorite taco place, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The parking lot does get crowded at night, but that was our only issue. We will stay here again in the future, great place!

The communication from the staff was next level. They were helpful, kind and welcoming. We stayed one night with our dog and they gave him a welcome bag and lots of love and attention. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again, next time we are in Morro Bay.

Clean updated motel near the water and shops snd restaurants. Little noisy from other guests and their dogs late afternoon, but totally quiet at night for sleeping. Can hear people walking/kids running in the room above us for a bit.

Always a great time at Harbor House in Morro Bay! Walking distance to everything. Close to my fave coffee shop, Top Dog Cafe. The renovations are great. Blackout curtains make sleeping in SO easy! I love the stainless steel water cups and ceramic coffee mugs, they’re not single use plastic/paper cups! Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nice! Fridge is huge for a hotel room. I only wish the microwave worked a little better, our popcorn took a long time and only popped about half a bag. But that’s a MINOR complaint, not serious. Love staying here! Staff is super friendly as well.

I had an older room with carpet and a stand up shower - but it was still very spacious and had everything we need. It was very quiet and pleasant. Easy walk to coffee, food, and 5 minute walk down to downtown.
