Not able to gain entry to hotel. Never recieved door code prior to arrival. Contacted support, both AI and telephone support thru number listed for help-Support. Phone line was disconnected and AI kept sending help message without answering my initial questions...not able to stay at hotel because of this and had to book elsewhere.

I look for clean, safe, comfort, location and value when evaluating a hotel. Kasa Niche had it all. It was remodeled not that long ago and they have thrown in amenities in the room. Understand that there isnt a lobby attendant but they were very responsive via text to my questions and needs. So if you need that level of face to face service, not your place.

This was our second stay at this hotel in two months. The room was clean and tidy, but we encountered a few minor issues (1. the door was difficult to close; 2. we forgot our electronic key to the safe), but these were resolved within two hours. The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the city center, close to the Redwood City transport center, and with many good restaurants nearby.

Very clean, safe and convenient. My room was next to the road so this morning around 5am you could hear the dumpster trucks. Every now and then road noise but nothing too bad!
