I booked two rooms for two nights through Hotels.com, and this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms smelled strongly of dog urine and marijuana. Although the front desk said all rooms were non-smoking, there was clear marijuana smoke coming from the rooms next to us. The area felt very unsafe, with police frequently coming to the hotel. On the second day, a man staying next door was arrested, which was very disturbing. Despite paying a higher price due to the holiday season, the “free breakfast” was very limited—only coffee, tea, yogurt, and bread. The hotel said they were short-staffed because of the holiday, which does not make sense given the higher rates. I would never stay here again.

Dirty sheets like they didn’t change them. Also a used soap with hairs inside the restroom and trash was not empty. I just stayed because I got there at 3am with my children and sister.

When I showed up I checked in and the check-in . We went up to the room which was 215 second floor. We got undressed put our shorts on to go to the hot tub I stuck my foot in the hot tub and it was freezing cold. The reason why I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub and I wanted to be able to relax. That was the first thing that went wrong. We went back upstairs figured that I'd watch some TV with my daughter who will only get to see every other weekend. We turn on the TV start flipping through channels we realize that they didn't have Wi-Fi so we can put Netflix on so we just watch the regular TV 10 minutes into the program the screen turns black but the ideal continues to run so we could hear the TV but we can't see it I try to troubleshoot it that's why I ended up turning off the TV turning it back on and it happened again now we're frustrated and we just used our phones to watch Netflix. We're getting ready for bed so I decided that I was going to take a shower, I get in the shower turn the water on wait till it gets hot then I realize being in the shower and start getting too hot so I went to turn it down so I didn't get burned and the handle to the faucet falls off now I'm getting burnt by the heat from the water I jump out immediately try to cool off and then start fishing for the faucet handle I figured it out after a couple tries and I turned off. And then breakfast was a meal for a child extra small yogurt extra small muffin and coffee very disappointed
