Room was very clean! Location was perfect for our vacation. Super comfy bed! Would have liked to have complimentary coffee in the morning or at least coffee mug/cup to make coffee in the room. Also, hot tub worked one night but was cold the second.

Base for sonoma county

The bathroom looked great but the shower was ok but nothing special. Also no hand soap despite asking twice. Used shower gel instead. The pool was good. Parking you have to pay. $8 a day. The view was terrible. We looked over a flat roof and side of a roof. Couldn’t really see anything

Not happy this stay.

There was long hair in the shower. They had only decaf coffee in the rooms due to being out of Caffeinated coffee. They did not stock cups in our room 2 out of 4 days. No coffee stir sticks. When checking in we were not made aware that there was an $8 per day charge for us parking our car. We only found out on the last day and the person at the counter said "well, it is on their website." We made reservations through hotels not them. This was our 2nd time staying there because 1st time was nice.

This was my second time to stay here. Compared with last time, most staffs were friendly, but there were still things that needed great improvement, especially for an 4-star hotel. Whoever the manager is, please take the following comments seriously. Almost 2 hours of late check-in without our reserved room prepared. No regular coffee capsules for three nights of stay. Tricks on the bottle water we were not supposed to pay with the misleading labels. Running out of body wash without any refills available. Should I give another chance?

Ok but disappointing

Honestly for the price and posted quality of the hotel, we were very disappointed. The biggest let down was that our shades did not work in our room so we were woken by the sun for two mornings and we had an infant with us so that made it very hard. I contacted the hotel after night 1 and they did not try and fix it until the afternoon and said it was unfixable. We also even said if they could at least hang a sheet and they never did. They really did not offer anything that could have made it right which was very frustrating. Other things were inconvenient as well such as only 3 towels always provided in a 4 person room, hardly any coffee cups or k cups, and the water pressure was terrible. I hope Hotels.com can help make this right because the hotel site itself was not helpful.
