Fishing and boat access, Caldwell Park, Redding Skate Park, Redding Aquatic Center, the Sundial Bridge, and Turtle Bay are moments away. Walk or ride your bike from the house onto the Sacramento River Trail system. Guests have access to the three car garage and much more.

Beautiful new home in a nice neighborhood

I would love to own this house! High end finishes, Tremendous space for a large group and easy in and out. Pictures and descriptions were spot on to what we experienced. We used it as a base for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was nice coming back to this house after a long day of hiking and sightseeing.

Amazing home

We were in Redding because we were having a family reunion there. We had family that came from Chicago, Phoenix and LA. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. The process of checking in and out was supper easy. Would definitely come back again.

NoCal fishing trip

As always...a great stay

Every year, a group of us stay here a few days leading up to New Year. The place is perfect for us. If I could have the house delivered by drone to my location, I'd pay to do it. Cory is great! Had a little issue with the door code this time. He had it resolved almost instantly. Thanks again for a great stay. See you next year.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. So spacious and clean... great kitchen amenities (spices etc...) and bathrooms fully stocked with amenities as well. The beds are incredibly comfortable... and we are picky about beds! This house is comfortable and beautiful and highly recommend. We will be back for sure! LUXURY HOUSE WITH HUGE GARAGE

This is a clean luxury rental house that is relatively new. The King bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the ability to manually control the very effective air conditioner. The use of the very large garage was appreciated to allow us to unload and load our luggage out of the weather.

Consistency is a Good Thing

We have stayed at this property on 4 occasions. It is always just as expected - tip top condition and a very easy place to stay. Has a lot of nice touches - decorations, well equipt kitchen and baths, and everything in the home works as it should. Each and every time. This is always the place I look at first when staying in Redding. It is a Northwest Redding, so near all the places we need to go. Highly recommended.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

We planned to stay two days but we enjoying this home and Redding so much we extended our stay an extra day. It is a beautiful, comfortable home. They have thought of everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we needed! The kitchen is great, beds comfortable, tv set up amazing! Also many games including video games. Hmmm… maybe we’ll bring our kids and grandkids next time! Honestly the best VRBO we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot!
