Everything was top notch. My daughter lived her best 7yr old life with the pool, and other amenities. Memories were made, and we will definitely be back to make more.

I paid more than 300$ a day. But didn’t find any good amenities on the resort. The bowling ally is of little kids standards. We used only pool and hot tub which was outdoor. The usable amenities are as good aa any other decent hotel with swimming pool and hottub. This could be a good choice for someone who is in the Golf.

I will rate The Westin below 1 star. Started the day when I checked @ 2pm ant the front desk staffs were not attentive, not friendly nor helpful at all. They are kept the members and customers waiting and waiting. Then my room was NOT READY until after 5:30pm. I waited for over 3 hours to get my room ready. I played my tennis tournament on Friday that day and I was exhausted that I needed to get in my room and relax. But I stayed in my car to have a private and quiet time for myself. And this is not acceptable. Please send this complaint letter the management which I will send it to them As well. Thank you

Our stay greatly exceeded expectations! Our room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We could have easily stayed for a week as a family of four. The grounds were spectacular. The kids had a blast playing on the awesome water slides, in the arcade (with bowling and cotton candy!) and in the tennis courts. Everything was decorated so nicely for Christmas and I love that they had all these cozy places to sit outside with firepits. The hotel is in a very nice area and is close to a gourmet grocery store. I ran an 8 mile radius around the surrounding area each morning and the area was very safe and just gorgeous. The staff here were so wonderful-they had a room ready for us at 12:30 when check-in was at 4 and they let us have a late check-out when leaving. The concierge was very knowledgeable as well. The warmth of the staff was felt by all! We will definitely be going back!

“Executive Suite”. Total joke…dark, dank…next to a parking lot and the highway…no views. Room dirty and very beaten up and tired. Room was not ready until 5pm. Could not wait to leave!!!! The staff were nice at least.. Overall, Motel 6 better…not a joke. This place was insulting.

Customer service was not great, including at the front desk. Wifi wasn’t working for half my stay and when I would try to seek updates or information related, customer service was not helpful and unfriendly in their responses. Room was fine. Dated, but clean and had amenities. Coffee was awful. Unlikely to stay here again.
