Nice Motel

This is a nice little motel. Staff was friendly and the property was visually appealing. Honestly the bathroom could have used a shelf or some space for toiletries since there was no space around the sink. The shower could have used a curtain since the half glass panel just guaranteed water spraying everywhere. We were fortunate to be there during the week so no parking issues no noisy neighbor issues. I can imagine that on the weekends it would be a different story. But overall we liked this property and will stay there again.

We didn’t end up making it to the property and I understand that I prepaid for a hotel room that was nonrefundable however they still charged me for the amenities fee, which I never used and for the tax which was never used and nobody will give me a refund or even try to help me. The customer service is awful.

Pool is nice but I'd stay somewhere else!

Pool was heated and amazing! Hotel is only a few minutes from town which is convenient. Here is why I would never go back...the bathroom in our tiny room was horrendous! The sink faucet handle fell off, the shower head was so corroded that water only came out of few holes and zero water pressure. The conditioner bottle was broken so we had to squeeze through the broken hole. The toilet paper...omg, cheapest, thinnest TP I've ever used! After staying at this hotel, I broke out with a rash on my belly :(

Usually enjoy staying here, however, a few issues in my last trip. The pumps for shampoo were broken and couldn’t dispense. They placed me in a room right next to room keeping, the constant noise throughout the day was terrible. Then, I stayed in the 4th (today is the 31st) and the $200 hold for security deposit is still on my account.

Motel 6 Is Better

Absolutely terrible. Bed sheets were itchy and the bed was rock hard and impossible to sleep on. I could hear footsteps and people talking through the thin walls and music constantly playing at the restaurant underneath. We went to the pool to for two mimosas and the bartender charged me $40 for two mimosas..

I really wanted to rate this hotel higher as most of our stay was pleasant. The pool was nice and relaxing, though only one of them was heated. The rooms were spacious, and the shower pressure and cleanliness were great. However, I have a feather allergy and had specifically informed the hotel in advance. They assured me they double-checked, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. While my bed was fine, my friend's had feathers, which caused me severe discomfort, coughing, and sneezing for three nights. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the manager promised us two free nights in the future, but after following up with two emails, I’ve yet to receive a response over a month later. I hope you don’t face similar issues during your stay, but this incredibly disappointing customer service really tarnished my overall experience, despite an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The front door didn’t want to close, no shower door, there was water all over the floor, and the shower was filthy when we got there. The lamps are foot buttons when it’s dark and trying to find light. The side tables have books under them because they are broken. The restaurant shares the same parking lot which means there’s no parking when you’re trying to get to your room in the dark.
