We love this hotel and would not stay anywhere else in the area The service is excellent no matter where we were at the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. It's hard to be critical of anything but for a 5-Star hotel I was grossed out by all of the stains on every chaise lounge cushion at the pool. The first one I was on had ketchup stains on the side of it. Yes, the staff covers them with Ritz Carlton towels, but it is very off putting seeing these cushions in such a dirty state. They need to be cleaned or replaced more often than they are.

Very lousy rooms the room is too expensive for what it is. The room smelled really bad. We had crazy neighbors, yelling, and screaming and slamming the doors all night long overall a horrible place with all that money they charge.

While we checked into the room, there was a in-room dining plate on the floor next to the door. While we took shower at night, and in the shower room already, then saw a bundle of hair on the floor, which is quite unpleasant and unhygienic. We reported the issue to the front desk the next day.

Overall I would come back. Property is nice with a beautiful view. It’s not the most up to date in terms of design, but the rooms are nice, pools are great and not too crowded. On site restaurant is mediocre and overpriced but you won’t get sick of it until the third time or so
