Do not recommend.

Honestly went into the weekend so excited to spend our time there and was so disappointed with the level of incompetence. The room was old, security didn’t care to tend any complaints as our neighbor was out smoking weed and had loud music on until 2am. The food was subpar and they brought me my salad at BluEmber without half the ingredients and the manager came and apologized and immediately dealt with it and got it straightened out but it was just a very annoying experience. I spent close to $2000 in two days and am very disappointed. The pools were full capacity, people were vaping, no room to move, loud inconsiderate people, stealing towels and seats, etc. Definitely did not enjoy the experience. We travel a lot and understand the differences in levels of hotels but this was just flat out false advertising. Do not recommend.

Advertising price says all fees are included but once you get there it’s a different price. Resort fee, parking fee , taxes. And they gave me the room which was far away from the kids pool and slide area. And when I asked them to give me a room closer they said that rooms are unavailable. But then they suggested me to pay extra 50 +tax per day they will give me a room close to the kids pool area. I end up paying 240$ more .

While I was waiting to check in, the female staff offered welcome drinks to 2 parties of guests (Caucasians)in front of me, asking which drink they preferred. When it was my turn, as the only Asian guest in line, I was not offered anything at all. This is something I’ve never experienced, not even at budget motels. To encounter such apparent discrimination at a so-called resort hotel is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
