A LOT of street noise from Hwy 111. Faint constant smell of smoke in my “non-smoking” room. Somewhat uncomfortable bed and rough linens. Dirty old towels. Very basic amenities. Met my needs overnight for work, however.

Seemed a little sketchy. The guy in the room next door sent his time outside of his room smoking cigarettes and drinking beer while watching videos on his phone and full volume all night. Fire alarm randomly went off for a few minutes and then turned off. The room was fine for a motel 6 but the atmosphere didn’t put us at ease. Didn’t make for a great nights sleep.

I've already responded 3 times they did not honor the room rate that was online, they said that the other 2 nights would be at regular rate that that was just a special, and then they added tax onto that. In my opinion, the room did not have adequate blankets and the beds appeared dirty. But I would have stayed for one night to try to resolve it, but they told Expedia. That.\nThere was no manager on site , and there was I found that out from a maid , so something's very wrong there.. I'm 64 years old and blind in one eye.So what are the kids had to drive back with me to the Mojave desert and forgo the party this weekend?I will not book anything through Expedia.Again.The first operator hung up on me and did not bother to call back.And then the second one told me that she tried to call him twice and they told her there was no manager on site , but that was a lie so I don't know how you resolve these kind of things , but it was a nightmare to say the lease

Reasonably priced and great if you have pets, seems everyone has cats or dogs. Staff and management are always available and helpful, lots of cleaning staff whenever you need towels or anything else

The room itself was good and price was decent but after driving hours on the road I came at 10:30 am and asked for early check in was told come back at 12 so I can back at 12 then there’s a new person at the front desk saying there no rooms available still after being told to come back at 12 then told me come back at 1 and still acting like there are no rooms when the house keeper said there where multiple rooms ready. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the customer service the manager needs to reevaluate. I went to the Courtyard the next day and they let me check in at 10:30 am no additional charge take your money somewhere else where hospitality to the customer is top priority.
