Room was fine and the staff were excellent. The room #201 should not be used however. It is next to the electrical room and it vibrates all night long like there is a lawnmower in the room. Unfortunately I have had this room twice now and it should really not be rented out or at the least not charge full price. Really not a good room!

They had no record of our Orbitz reservation even though I had the email and confirmation number. This is not acceptable. Remove this hotel from your offerings. That should’ve been a sign for me to go elsewhere. The room was disgustingly dirty. It smelled of cigarettes, marijuana and wet dog. There was no water pressure at the sink; it was a literal trickle. It took over six minutes, yes I timed it, for the water to get warm enough to shave. Shaving and brushing your teeth required catching water in cups. Fortunately the room had cups and a disposable ice bucket, but that’s where the “extras” stopped. However, there was no hair dryer, microwave, fridge or coffee maker in the room. These are basic amenities. We’re on a 2,500 mile cross country road trip with multiple hotel stops and I can’t believe this place is in business. My guess is that they have an hourly rate as well. Outside of our room, we got to hear the haggling between a man and woman who was a member of the world’s oldest profession. The shower was a corner unit with a filthy shower curtain that barely functioned. The shower lever was stripped out so finding a temp between scalding and freezing was a challenge that tested my patience. The pressure was slightly better but if you have long hair I wouldn’t recommend it. And you better have your own shampoo and conditioner because all you get is a small bar of soap. Why didn’t I go elsewhere? They wouldn’t refund any money back from the reservation and several

Room wasn't spotless and would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner for travelers like I whom forget. Also, few small issues with cleanliness of the room, but, it's the desert and seasonal changes make the bugs and things an inevitability and so really no shame on the property. In fact, at a Motel 6, I can't say I've ever felt more welcomed and appreciated as a guest with several stressful things going on. AMBER COLEMAN, CALEB, KIM, everyone in HR ought notice and be thankful for such a highly efficient, kind, hospitality first with a natural humaity somehow blended, who provide not only quick, effectient, effect, and expeditious check-in's, but also take the time to invest in the guests stay which enhances the entire experience. Thanks guys!
