I needed a getaway. I decided to check out the Riviera resort and what a great decision! I loved my room it was immaculate and perfectly styled! Everything worked perfectly I even soaked in the giant tub which helped my aching bones! The staff was amazing especially the gals at the poolside bar. I ordered my lunch and took it back to my room and it was delicious! The girls were so friendly and helpful. There are so many amenities you don't even need to leave the resort! I've never stayed at a resort before so this was a first for me, but I'll be back for sure. This is the only way to go for me now! both pools are amazing and the setting and energy is incredible!

The employees were very nice and polite. The facilities itself were average. The towels are thin and the toiletries are not the nicest but we brought our own so it was not an issue. The pool was great!

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. They had two pools that we enjoyed. There is plenty of parking.

This property was really nice and clean. I loved that there were two pools and the food on sight was actually delicious. However,,, our room was haunted. My mom woke up to scratching on the door that is shared with the next room. When we called the staff the noise stopped and no one was checked into the room. The staff was very nice and offered us another room in the front building. They stated that they get lots of complaints about unusual noises from empty rooms. Bed were so comfortable though!
