Very cheap hotel the room are very cheaply done no service to the room. We stay there for two night three days room has not been clean. We used two towels for three days the list to go on and on and on.

Every year, at least once, we come here to enjoy the mineral pools and the pleasant weather. I believe that late autumn and early spring are the best times to visit. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and great. The hotel conditions are generally okay; it is an old historic area, and no upgrades to the property have been made so far. However, the staff does their best to keep it clean and well-maintained, which shows. Since we come for the waters, the other issues do not bother us too much. My only suggestion is that the pool rules could be stricter and clearer, especially for day pass users. Sometimes, a problematic crowd visits with a careless attitude toward others and does not adhere to the simple rules of quiet coexistence. My special thanks to Marvella, the receptionist. Thanks to the lifeguard. Five stars to the kitchen staff, always very energetic and friendly. Also, it would be great to see the room's curtains replaced/updated next year. :)) Or washed.

My wife and I cut our stay short. From the moment we walked in, there was a dead roach on the restroom floor. Didn’t think nothing of it… later, we found another roach in the armoire. From that moment, we gathered our things and decided to leave. As we were walking out, there was a live roach on the wall making its way to the restroom. We definitely went to the front desk and notified them about our experience.

The staff was amazing, I felt like family. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. We lacked for nothing and we couldve lived in the restaurant, the food was better than anything I've ever eaten outside my own kitchen. Im so greatful and plan on a return trip real soon.

everything at DHS is really good. The rooms are a little outdated, need some work to bring them up to 70%. The shower we had in room 106 is terrible-no pressure, could not figure out how to turn the water on to start with I could have done better taking a sponge bath in the sink.

Check in was awesome, they helped bring my bags upstairs. Awesome. Only issue was I went to get a cocktail and the girl in the bar told me that she was supposed to be off at 2.30. it was 3 pm. Apparently the bartender was running late. So I did not get a drink as I felt like I was bothering her. I am a customer service professional. 25 years in that industry. Personal issues should never be brought up to customers. We all have them. I still had a great day in the mineral springs and enjoyed it very much , so much I am staying another night .. it's all good .m

No - Only one pool had jets Simi working and the same pool was moderately warm - and not that hot. Rest of the pools were not hot at all.. Jets in pools need to be improved with hotter temps in pools..
