On the very first night of our stay, a heavy rainstorm began. Just two hours later, the ceiling in our room started leaking, and part of the floor became flooded. The hotel offered us a new room, but we had to move there at 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, no staff member assisted us with our luggage, so we had to carry everything ourselves in the pouring rain.
The new room was extremely cold and had a strong unpleasant smell. After we complained, a staff member came and simply sprayed some deodorant, which did nothing to resolve the issue. Throughout our three-night stay, we were unable to get proper rest or sleep because the walls were paper-thin. All outside noises came straight into the room, especially the loud AC compressor, which sounded like a tractor running all night long.
During our four-day stay, no one came to clean the room. We ran out of toilet paper and, despite calling the front desk, received no response. In the end, I had to go to the reception myself to collect it.
Breakfast was overcrowded, and there were not enough staff to keep items replenished. Even coffee frequently ran out.
Overall, the facilities look beautiful in photos, but the reality was very disappointing.
