Clean room, helpful staff, and a surprise Santa Claus convention. We booked the hotel last minute, the price being the selling point and were happy with the decision. Will be coming back for future Disney or LA trips.

Very nice experience at this hotel. It was quiet and the staff was very nice. The only problem that I had was that my water didn’t get very hot for a shower but they accommodated me by waiving all the parking fees which was 35 a day. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.
