I gifted my granddaughter, a trip to Disneyland I rented the room for my six-year-old granddaughter, her mother and her 6 month old sister I was not able to stay and paid 183 dollars because I wasn't told I had yo be there. And of course, Disneyland trip ends late. My daughter and my grandchildren had to find another hotel in The middle of the night and I still had to pay for that hotel. I'm very disappointed and feel I should get a refund.

The room was super clean, well stocked with towels, and the view of the city was lovely. Front desk staff service was okay, nothing exceptional. Please note, parking is $35/night so you can plan ahead accordingly.
