The pool area itself is fairly typical, but there is a well landscaped and designed pound with enjoyable seating and firepits around the bar area. It was a great ambiance to hang out in the evening whether you were hot tubbing or enjoying a snack. The staff could easily answer questions about the confusing Disney shuttle/app (A-Way), and were always able to help. The morning cafe was ok, but very slow service. You are better off to walk across the street to Starbucks.

Cookies at check in were a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was surprised I had to pay for parking though. I think the paid parking will make me stay somewhere else next year

Convenient and comfortable

Not our usual hotel stay when visiting family or going to Disneyland, but I really liked this hotel. It was conveniently located next to a lot of shopping at The Block (Orange Shopping Outlet), and not too far of a drive from Disneyland (FYI: there was shuttle service available for a fee with the hotel if needed). There is parking onsite for a fee if you're driving or have a rental like we did. Check in was easy and fast, the lobby area is large and spacious, didn't feel crowded even though there seemed to be several events or conferences going on during our stay. They had a nice outdoor space, though we didn't use it because of the weather. Our room was great for two and I appreciated small details like the towel hook on the bathroom sink, tall mirror in the bedroom, and small empty fridge.
