Hotel was amazing. Service was immaculate, every staff member greeted me with a warm smile. Check in was a breeze, front desk offered beverages while waiting, after a long hot day at the park we appreciated that. Pool is beautiful, breakfast is great.

The hotels that I usually choose do not look like the picture on the website. I wanted to enjoy my stay and not worry about being uncomfortable. Therefore, I read the reviews and was pleasantly pleased. The hotel was as mentioned in the reviews. It was was clean and the continental breakfast was a plus. I enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Great Stay but night staff could be more friendly

Overall, We had a good stay and when we checked in the front desk clerks were attentive and friendly. Although, when checking out at 5a.m. this morning the desk clerk who was named Liam wasn’t as friendly. I understand that it was early in the morning and not many customers would leave at the time. But it felt as if it were an inconvenience for him to print out our receipt. I thanked him as he handed it to me and he had no further interaction and just look bothered by me having said yes to a copy after he had clearly asked if I had wanted one.

Customer service was definitely on point. The Gentlemen, Francisco at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and just very helpful. The hotel was very welcoming. Id definitely stay here anytime. The pool had clean towels that were available. Rooms were wonderful, they were so spacious! Everything was just perfect.
