The breakfast food was below average. The breakfast reataurant was very cold wvery morning. One of the elevators stopped working. Staff was great and so was the room. Towels are nice and we had housekeeping everyday, which is rare.

Very clean, location was excellent with tasty food & coffee options easily available. Paid parking sucks, but it was disclosed. Near a major medical center, so expect siren sounds all night. No trouble with deposit refund for me. Because of other reviews I checked, have it back already.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Great value for being a 5 min drive to Disneyland. That being said…..if you plan on using the ART shuttle, it’s awful. It’s very unreliable. One night it never came to pickup at Disneyland and after an hour of waiting and no response from ART about next shuttle we ended up getting a Lyft. The next night, same thing. Also Alo charged me $30 to check in “early” at noon even though she told me my room was already ready. She said sorry but it’s our policy. Like what?! How does it matter to them if I go in 3 hrs early if the room is already ready?! I do like this hotel but just be aware of these issues if you decide to stay here.
