The room was clean and well maintained, as was the property as a whole. The walls are rather thin or don't filter noise very well, we were kept awake despite being extremely tired by the neighbor's late night tv viewing and occasional trucks on the highway. Their "breakfast" offering shouldn't be allowed to be advertised; 2 kinds of cereal, orange juice and coffee.

I liked having a sliding door to enjoy the fresh air. Maybe putting a few chairs out would be a nice added touch. The cheap updates are showing. Floors are peeling up. Beds were comfortable. Morning breakfast could be vastly improved. Yogurt and oatmeal truely isn't enough. Offering Bagels would be a game changer. Fruit wasn't put out during our early visit to the dining area.

I actually arrived at the hotel 2 hours before check-in; the front desk was very generous and kind and had a room available for me with no extra charge. The room service was excellent. I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for an affordable hotel to check this one out; the pool area was nice and clean, there was lots of greenery, livestock in the surrounding areas, barbecue pits, a hot tub waterfalls balcony, and an overall clean and friendly place thanks a lot for the excellent experience
