Great hotel, a bit far from the Niagara action. We enjoyed our stay, it was a spacious clean room. The white water walk falls is across the street and there is a bus that runs all day long into the main areas

Disappointing and not worthy of their “exceptional” rating, which was my main reason for picking it. Pros: -friendly staff -clean, modern looking inside -continental breakfast until 9:30am -bed was fairly comfortable -Pool was nice & refreshing after a long day, but small -Cool & surprising Buddhist Temple next door -Wego bus stop right across street Cons: -$15 to park daily. If you drive to the falls, expect to pay between $7- $35 to park on top of that, just take the bus, but they charge by the day! -Very tiny rooms, not “suites,” have a kitchen area, but not even enough room for a dresser! Only worth it if you’re going to cook -Window shades were broken, despite asking it to be fixed -Bottles with shampoo & body wash, but were empty! -Breakfast wasn’t bad, but they were extremely busy and they didn’t have enough food to keep up the one day. The room was absolutely trashed! -7-17 minutes to the falls depending on where you go I’m sure there are much nicer places to stay that are closer to the falls. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Newly renovated hotel. Rooms are clean, well designed with a small kitchen area. Rooms were quiet. Pool was quite nice. Location was just opposite white water walk and the wego bus is just outside. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast on the first two mornings was pretty awful. The morning we left it was like a different hotel! Croissants, plenty of fruit, fridge had yoghurts and milk rather than being empty. If they keep the breakfast items stocked I’d rate the hotel 5 stars.

We loved having a full kitchen in a regular sized hotel room. The hotel seemed brand new and staff were lovely. The breakfast was busy but new food came out fast and was good.
