Very nice room. Staff was great. Convenient location. Only issue was no parking on site. They offer a shuttle which makes it manageable. I would absolutely stay again. Oh, and the 25th floor is accessible for an excellent view!

We were charged the same rate for the Lobby no view room as our daughter was for their great falls view room. I also did not receive any points for this stay. They also cancelled my room and payment method for some reason but there was a folder laying on the Check In desk with our reservation in it. Quiet disorganized. Very pricey for the room they provided.

Updated rooms. Very clean. Parking is offsite but have shuttle service. It is expensive but seems all Niagara is expensive. Get coupons for restaurants but still expensive at IHOP even with coupon cost $100 for breakfast. Would be nice to have breakfast included. Views are beautiful of the Niagara Falls

So much value for the money. Whatever you spend extra for these views are worth it. We spent so much time in the room just enjoying the view. It was worth not having to fight the crowds down below. Plus it included the observation deck so additional value for the cost. Great staff!!!!

We had an unforgettable view from our full falls room; absolutely breathtaking. The hotel was very smart and comfortable otherwise. Huge bed, small shower room but nice and modern. Friendly helpful staff. Great value for money and a short walk from the incline railway. Highly recommended
