Our room was spotless and the view of Niagara Falls was amazing. We were allowed to check in early and the woman at reception was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was upgraded at no extra expense. We will definitely stay here again.

The deterioration of this hotel since the last stay we had was tremendous. After arguing what room we paid for the hostess reluctantly gave us a better room. Which happened to be the worst room weve ever stayed in. I refused. My husband tore into this woman who finally upgraded our room to which we asked for originally. Paid for ORIGINALLY. But since our stays, we had broken trim, stains on the curtains, and burnholes from cigarettes on the table. The hallways were freezing. No smart tv upgrades, microwave, or even robes in our room.Every stay weve ever had in the past, this hotel was packed! Now, only us and 2 other cars are in the parking lot. I know we arent alone in feeling this way because our waiter at supper made a comment about where we were staying that it had really went downhill from what it was, no upgrades still charging top notch rates for a 1 star hotel. The $50 dollar a day for a non secured parking lot is also ASTRONOMICAL. Unfortunately the hotel we adored from our honeymoon 6 years ago is garbage now, and we will be looking for our new home hotel next time we travel to the falls.

Room was nice but small. The shower was huge. Everything was clean & the view of the falls was magnificent. Staff were nice, free coffee & tea in lobby. Elevators are pretty as they have a window view of the street. Hot tub & pool were a nice treat. Gym equipment was okay if you enjoy cardio. Parking is 50 dollars a day & there is an additional charge on check in.

Room was not spotless and the shower head was broken. It was reported. Staff asked permission to go look but nothing got fixed or looked at. Staff very friendly. Check in was great. A store accepting cash for forgotten items and drinks other than the three on location that do not work and dont accrpt coins. The Applebees closes at 10 on Saturday night. I was told to go to the hotel next door in my pajamas because they have all the ammenities. Peehaps I could stay there next visit too! Free coffee was great. How about a pop fountain or mini store? Or mini bar in the rooms.....

Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly cleaned, there was no shower gel provided, and not enough towels. The room was extremely cold, and the cooler/heating system was left on full cold even though the temperature outside was -20°C. Overall, poor attention to basic comfort and cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed at almost every Fallsview hotel’s in Niagara Falls and can say for the price I paid and the fact it had one of the best falls views I ever had . I was very happy and had a good stay . Only downfall was the dusty room and a hair on bead sheet . Also the bathroom has no vanity just a pedestal sink. Shower was huge though . I would return to this hotel .

Rooms are tired looking but clear. Check in was a nightmare that took 30 mins of waiting and problems with leaving the parking lot as staff did not advise that the room key is needed to exit (also does not make sense as at check out you would no longer have a room key).
