I was booked at the Oakes but the room I booked was not ready for me due to maintenance issues. So they transferred me over to the Hilton which was just a minute or two away. The accommodations they gave me was the most comfortable and beautiful room ♥️ Great customer service from the Oakes and the Hilton staff. I will return to either one 💯

We didn’t actually stay at the Oakes as we were sent over the road to a suite at the Hilton. Which was all very well and good however we chose the Oaks for the position with nothing to interfere with the views of the falls. Our allotted room at the Hilton had falls views but we had to overlook the Casino car park to view it and all night the huge Casino billboard detracted from the ambience of the natural wonder that we came to see. The Hilton we were disappointed to say didn’t even have usb outlets for charging our devices.

Room with a view

The room we had on the 14th floor was clean, fresh and inviting. When we arrived and opened up the curtains, we were just amazed by our view! Everything was to our liking.
