My experience at Sheraton Fallsview was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I was given a small, windowless room facing a wall, which was a nightmare for me as I suffer from claustrophobia. When I kindly requested a room with a window, they refused, stating that the only way to change rooms was to pay extra, even though I wasn’t asking for a better view, just a basic level of comfort. The staff was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was being unreasonable for wanting a livable space. It wasn’t until I insisted and the manager got involved that they finally changed my room—but only after a long and frustrating argument that completely ruined my first impression of the hotel. No guest should have to go through such a stressful and unpleasant experience just to get a decent room. That being said, the rest of the stay was great. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area. Once we got past the check-in issue, we were able to enjoy our stay and had a good time. I just wish the customer service at the beginning had been better.

Close to shops,.restaurants and Casino. Very nice accomodations with a view of the Falls and Clifton Hill area (was considered park view). Parking was easy as well.

The only problem were the elevators. There are so many and the signage is confusing. At peak times you could press the button and wait 5-10 min and the doors would never open.
