Absolutely loved the location, staff, and insane view of the falls from our room. So much to go in the hotel. Arcade, coffee, food, water park. Would definitely go back!

This Is A Great Hotel

The reviews that I read prior to going had me concerned. However, they were not accurate. This hotel was beautiful, the lobby is great, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful. We had a balcony with an electric fire place overlooking the falls. We slept with the door open so we could listen to falls all night. It was perfect. The lobby has everything you could possibly want, a Starbucks a bar, a wine shop and some places to eat. This hotel is in the Marriott Family and it is close to EVERYTHING. THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL

We stayed from Friday to Sunday this weekend. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. Parking was inconvenient so we opted to do valet parking. Valet parking was $65 per day and when we checked out we called ahead of time 15 minutes as instructed, we called 25 minutes. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my truck and when they told me my car was ready, i had to go into the temp garage myself and pull it out, I was blocked in by 2 larger trucks and one if the valet employees guided me in turning ny truck around in the garage abd getting through the exit. Very nice of him but I did pay for valet services, not to be guided out of the garage. Aside from parking and the poor valet experience this was a great stay.

Some rooms don’t have windows. First room smelled. Second room was not clean. Third room they wanted to charge extra. Had to take two elevators and walk with luggage across the casino and another hotel to get to $45 parking garage. Also, did not share that the rooftop pool was closed. Deeply disappointed.

The rooms were great, nice space and good view. Staff is very friendly as well. Quite a bit of a walk from the parking if you don’t use valet but not that bad. The hotel indoor pool though needs some update as there are a lot of rusted or rust stained parts. Also, the grand buffet was underwhelming mainly in limited choices and taste. It had a good view of the outside and friendly staff but that was about it.

Check in times are horrendous, plan on 30 min in line. Rooms are clean and nice, but ours was across from the fitness room and the noise was super annoying early in the morning, we had to move rooms.

I loved the fact you were within walking distance to everything. The hotel was very neat, very professional, almost too professional for my taste. The things I didn't like were my parking options, valet or park it myself. I prefer to park myself but it's going to cost me $45 a day and it's in a parking garage behind the hotel. The other thing Ii wasn't fond of I needed a luggage cart. None out and accessible, you had to order one and it was brought to your room along with a bellhop. Other disappointments were I ordered a room with a view and a balcony, I got a room with a fantastic view but my balcony was a door in my window that I could open with a balcony gate in front of it. Not exactly what I pictured.
