The hotel was clean and had a variety of resturants and a bar. The location was perfect about a 7 minute walk to the falls and around the corner Clinton hill and several restaurants. There is a spa and indoor pool. The room I stayed in was modern the view was perfect.

We had room 2157, the falls view from the room is amazing, and we have had good view of the nightly fireworks. The room is spacious and bedding is comfortable. I would have rated a true Five Star if all the elevators were working. But unfortunately, one elevator was our of order for the whole 3-day duration which we were at the hotel.

The hotel location is outstanding it’s very near to Niagara Falls. If you are coffee lover like me then Star bucks is located inside the hotel . This hotel is near to all cafés and restaurant

The pool was good but the Massimo Italian restaurant was the worst unless of course you like overpriced frozen food. Wait until you see your invoice at checkout it is littered with fees you have never heard of like Resort Fees, luxury fees, parking fees on top of the parking price, what a rip off.
