We had a very enjoyable stay , view from the room was incredible and location was perfect . Our only gripe ….. having paid $70 dollars for valet parking the service was very poor , having to wait over 30 mins for our vehicle to be brought to us I don’t feel warrants the cost . Have never experienced this in any other hotel

This time was my worst ever experience of staying at Marriott. As i booked a sofa bed, and I think the coil of the bed was totally ruined, therefore I have to put it on the floor but I was still not able to fall into sleep whole night long. Plus, I am staying at 21st floor and two of the elevators were not able to reach to 21st floor, but sharing the same button, everytime I pressed the button not from the main floor, these two elevators always came first, I have to make these two elevators going to other floors so I can get my elevators that is really wasting my time.

The spa was excellent. Customer service was great. We were on the 12th floor and the shower had no hot water. It didn’t matter how many times you tried to shower, the water was never hot. The tv also had limited English channels.

Staff gave me an unexpected upgrade on my room. Super grateful for the gorgeous River view. The facilities were luxurious and the staff welcoming. My only concern was the entrance way - more slat and preventative measures to ensure guests don’t slip on ice or snow at the entrance.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a very cold room and told the front desk staff. He said he would have maintenance check on this issue. We listened to music and had drinks in the bar. When we returned to our room, maintenance had replaced the temperature control in our room and it was warmer! We were very impressed!
