It was a nice quiet place. We didn’t like our room being so close to the pool as it felt musty Also - no USB ports for our chargers and we both forgot a cube since most places have USB these days. Overall for our stay it was lovely and very quaint inside

We are a family of three with a teen and this was perfect for us! My only complaint was the underwear found on the bathroom floor. For the area though this has been the best experience we have had in a hotel. Great staff and room was very big.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the falls, 5-10 to some good restaurants and bakeries, and another 10 to Clifton Hill! Clean room, comfortable stay, and had everything we needed. I would stay here again without hesitation. Cute and charming hotel in the area!

This place should be named the old stone motel six. The only thing it has going for it is location. Otherwise, they are greedy. There are other motels in the same area that give the same level of quality for a lot less. We will come back to Niagara Falls (buffet in the tower was awesome) but we won't be back to the old stone inn.

was not at all like described or shown in pictures. The rooms were sufficient, but not 'boutique' at all. All of the lamp shades in the room were broken. Getting to our room was difficult with multiple sets of stairs and hallways. And then there were additional fees and taxes once we got there, so the rooms were way more expensive than indicated.

Over charging on evberything: $45 for parking! $50 for late checkout $Property $Fee... Service did not match the prices. Female staff was not friendly (besides one man who was), I ws unable to get 2 towels and 2 new bathrobes to the room before I had to go to front desk 3 or 4 times... then someone brought me 1 OLD bathrobe. OLD. I asked for a new one and he said sure but never came back. I had to call or go physically to front desk about 10 times just to get a few items right. When I asked for fresh towels, the lady at front desk asked me, why? NO mini fridge. NO gym. Pool smelled so hard of Chlorine, you can't use it. With high prioce per room and all these extra charges and zero attention service - NOT THAT GREAT.

First room the AC was screaming at me. Called for maintenance, nobody showed for 30 minutes. Called to get switched to another room. AC was also very noisy but didn't need it until the morning so I put up with it. Clearly they haven't been checked in a while
