I enjoyed the stay. Only issue we had was getting the right lot for parking. We were told where to park but above the lot entrance it said The Carter Hotel. I drove back to the lobby and asked and the Bell Hop took me through the doors to show me. I pointed the sign out to him and someone else mentioned a movie being made. The Bell Hop got knew nothing about it. When we left to go to the ball game they were changing the sign. When we got back it said The Chelsea Hotel above the entrance. Other than some confusion over that I’d stay again.

Whenever I come to Toronto I enjoy to stay at the Chelsea hotel. It's in the heart of downtown Toronto. Close to the Eaton Center and Dundas Square. I went with a friend to celebrate the Pride festivities. We were right on Yonge and once finished we rested to take part in the evening activities. Our room was spacious and clean no complaints at all. Can't wait to make a trip next year. Thank you!

This hotel has a lot of potential. Its location is excellent for shopping and for dining. Lots of wonderful tours around the city is available. However, the building needs updating. The decor is old and the cooling system is loud and strong. I wake up in the middle of the night when the blower goes on. You have a nice housekeeping crew. Very friendly and very eager.
