The room we had initially was obviously for wheelchair clients…there was mould all around the shower edge…and stains on the bathroom and kitchen floors. It had not been mopped. The room itself was roomy…and the cleaning staff were the most helpful of all staff!. On our return for one night, the room hadn’t been serviced at all. No toieteries, litre tea and coffee, no milk and no biscuits…very disappointing stay on the whole.
