Hello this property was lovely to stay at, but would have been great to have coffee available on the top floor lunch & bar was wonderful veiws. The room we had was for wheelchairs but the floor in the bathroom got very wet no matter where you pointed the shower head & there was no extracter fan so steam was everywhere & needed more hooks for clothes in the bathroom also was tricky to fill jug in small hand basin (we don’t use a wheelchair)but was good having a larger room.

This property stands out as one my absolute favorite among all the hotels in Perth. From the moment of arrival, the service was impeccable; courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. The location is superb, offering both convenience and charm, while the overall quality of service easily exceeds a five-star rating: I’d gladly give it ten stars if I could. A delightful bonus: the freshly baked cookie at check-in was a warm and memorable touch absolutely delicious! Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers seeking top-tier hospitality.

Room really spacious and clean. The view of Elizabeth Quay at night is breathtaking. Had a slight issue when we went for breakfast but Trung sorted it out quickly, would definitely recommend staying here.

Good hotel

We have stayed here many times and find it a good location not far from the train station and central to restaurants at Elizabeth Quay. Rooms are spacious, clean, well planned and quiet.
