Jasmin and Ali provided exceptional front desk service. They both went above and beyond for a smooth stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown with a 24/7 convenience store across the street, 10 minute walk to Eaton Centre, couple seconds down from Bulk Barn and Loblaws. Kids enjoyed the pool. Lots of restaurants in the area and particularly liked Moda, a Turkish cuisine on Yonge Street...short walk down from Eaton Ctr.
