Wow....no weatherstripping around my room door...light sound and smell penetrated my room all night....the windows are single pane...no sound dampning from loud city noise all night...and the coffee maker didnt work when i tried it in the morning... ..i will never stay at this place ever and regret staying there once...i will be writing a formal complaint letter to head office

If you like cold this hotel is for you

This hotel is freezing! We could feel a draft in our room so they moved us rooms. They did not send staff to help move bags. The new room was worse and could not go above 68 degrees. We slept in winter toques. It was so cold. I was not spending hours of my stay alerting them of their maintenance problems

When we arrived, there was hair in our sink. And we also found someone’s long nail on our carpet so it looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed. My main concern was that one of the walls in our unit was buckled and obviously there had been water damage, and it made me worry that we were being exposed to mold. As well over by the window of our room was freezing cold there was a terrible draft. The staff was lovely. The location is lovely.

This was the pertfect locations downtown Toronto without spending a fortune. Parking attached at a cost but thats normal. would stay again. rooms were small, but thats OK as it was just for sleeping

This hotel is fine for a quick one night stay. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel is limited on amenities and the rooms are sooo small. They don’t even have a microwave in the entire hotel to warm up food.
