Staff were 10/10 ! We didn’t really like not having a window so they moved us after check in. The rooms are not very clean. Pretty loud all hours due to street traffic but it’s downtown Toronto so to be expected. Bed was the comfiest hotel bed we have ever had! Staff and comfort level allowed us to over look the smelly halls and the dirty rooms. Not bad for the price!

Great hotel. The breakfast buffet is awesome, the staff are friendly, the food at the restaurant and the bar was delicious. The area is walkable with lots of restaurants and the transit service is excellent.

The location was very convenient to public transit, subway was at the corner, and you could walk to all the shopping areas downtown. The only complaint I would have is the heat could not be regulated in the room, even when using the temperature controls, had to open the window which was only able to open a small crack in order to get it down to 77F from the 82F, this was March can't imagine summer temps.

Everyone was so friendly! Ash kindly checked me in early and my housekeeper Paulette was so sweet & kept my room in great shape. The food at the lounge downstairs was delicious and there were plenty of things to eat and do nearby since we were in the center ofnthe city. The only suggestion i have is fornthe hotel to get microwaves that guests can use. Itd be freat if they put one in thenice/vending machine rooms on every floor.
