The room itself was amazing. The staff at the front desk, and we experienced four of them, were all very friendly and welcoming. We had a deluxe suite, the shower was amazing in the Jacuzzi tub with bath salts was just what was needed after walking by the Falls. Speaking of the fall, they are in walking distance. The only complaint I have, and I wish I did not have to say this, was the top sheet on the bed. It felt like a shower liner and made the same noise as a shower liner. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

I love staying at this hotel. The location is close to the falls, parking is cheap and right outside the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love the rooms. Things need a bit of a update though as furniture is starting to show it's age and wear.

Very friendly staff, seemless check in, spotless room.. Spa is a must, amazing staff and Excellent RMTs (Tim and Sandra). I did not try the AG restaurant. Overall, this place corms very recommeded for a romantic getaway

The Continental Breakfast in bed each morning was an wonderful addition to our stay. The property was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is in the Clifton Height area so it is close to everything. This was our 2nd time in Niagara and by far our best stay. The Hilton was nice in the summer but the Sterling was intimate. We will be back.
