We made a reservation for two nights. We stayed one night. They gave us a quiet room. I was very pleased. It was clean and very nice for the money. Are there any shortcomings? But it's not a big problem.

A big pool of water in the hallway near my door, Iasked if so was going to clear it,was told maybe later ,at 8.am next morning still there and no staff was on reception, after 10 pm had to put a code into door to get in and no snack machine ,no restaurant Iwould not recommend this hotel to anyone

Didn't end up staying there. Booked it in January and just before we left to go to Sydney, I read reviews from the past few months. Reviews were terrible. Not good at all. So I called them, cancelled my booking, girl on the end of phone was rude, saying non-refundable. I knew that. Booked accommodation in centre of Sydney, at a well known hotel instead. Seeing photos of toilets near beds, paper thin walls, noisy, was the turn off

The rooms are very small and no place to keep bags or even move. Street parking is very far and very hard when you are traveling with bags and to airport.

Nice and close to the airport. A microwave would be a good addition to rooms. Communication between staff could be improved; I paid for a late check out but was interrupted by 2 different staff members to see when I was leaving and then if I wanted to pay for a late check out, again. The room I had needs some maintenance but nothing major. Overall not bad though if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower.

No people to take care of checkin after 10pm. No way to contact the security guy for accessing for a traveler without local phone in the mid night. No elevator at all for lifting big and heavy suitcases to higher floors. It is not qualified to be a hotel at all.

The property was so, so noisy. It desperately needs soundproofing. It was cheap but still not worth it. Ear plugs are provided in the bathroom with the soap but they don't do anything. There were drunks arguing in the hall until early in the morning.

Was certainly more than we expected, especially the unique ‘neighbourhood’ set-up, with each room appearing like a little apartment in a block. The room was modern, clean, with the needed amenities. Bathrooms were slightly dated but functional, with a roomy shower. Check-in was easy, being given the option of a ‘quiet’ room before we arrived. Unlike others, we heard no street traffic at all. The only noise were other guests wheeling suitcases to their rooms. Reception staff were welcoming and ordered us a taxi for 4:00am. Would happily stay here on another stopover in Sydney. Would recommend!

Rooms are so small that you can even dry yourself in the bathroom. Very noisy. Not even a microwave in the room. Very old. Sounds like water is running down the wall when room above uses the toilet. The cab had to pull up on the foitpath

The room was small and neat, but no chair, bathroom very small, no ability to fill kettle, reception opened at 08:00, but we needed to be able to wait in the lobby for a taxi, which we missed. No offstreet or kerb parking area outside, taxi had to drive onto footpath.
