The hotel room did not have any slippers, breakfast and mini fridge and the elevators were not working well we were on 6th floor but it would only open on 7th and 5th which was inconvenient because my mother has a disability and she has a cane and she had to take the stairs. Also, the lamps were not working.

Needs renovations. Bathtub was disgusting. There was blood stain on side of mattress as well as blankets. Was a bunch of adult men who had rented pretty much of the whole floor. Parting in hallways. I went with small children. I did complain about the nose. Was moved down the hall. The next room was no better as there were blood stains on the blankets. The pool floor is very ruff. My child cut her foot in it. I never complain but for the amount and expecting good quality as it’s the Ramada. I was expecting better. I’ve have better quality at motels.
