I thought I was saving money by buying my room through Expedia. Instead, when I checked out the clerk charged me for the difference that they allowed Expedia, resulting in me paying more than if I reserved the rooms myself. If you deal with Expedia, you probably won't be happy in the end. But I am just a nobody, so it's probably easier to find out for yourself.

Location was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Building appears old and rooms are in definite need of updating. It served the purpose of having somewhere comfortable and safe to sleep for a night in the falls!

For the price, it's okay. The place is old, looks old, feel old. It need renovations. The carpet is worn out in many places. Our room was dusty like hell behind the door, on the wall. I've never seen that in an hotel room before. The mattress are the worst I ever had. Like, springs with no padding in them. Nice location, walking distance to many things. Also the wego bus stop is right at the door. But hey, it's not the quarter of the price of some more expensive hotels around.

The first room they put us in the carpet was wet. They move us to another room didn’t have the decency to upgrade us for the bad condition of the room. The rooms were very moly like didn’t smell fresh Would not stay there again

Smells really bad, is dirty, is very old carpet, the washrooms has a cracked sink and bathtub, the toilet and the shower doesn’t work and flush it, the elevator is slow and noisy. The condition of the hotel in general need to be maintained.

The stay was comfortable. The check in and check out was not smooth and we were informed that they are going through some migration process. Whatever was, it is a truth that we faced poor response at counter. At the time of check out we were informed that the bill will be emailed but till today I am waiting for the email 😣

Hotel charged for an additional 3 nights after we paid through Expedia. Was told it was a system glitch and it would not go on my card however 2 days later it has been charged to my card. Hotel doesn't answer calls unless its to take more bookings. They currently owe me $627.06 that I am fighting to have returned to my credit card. Worst experience ever. Stay clear of this hotel.

On the positive: Staff welcoming and efficient.. Room was clean and for the most part in good working condition AC was excellent Pool was nice and the hours convenient On the negative The tub water valve would not mix hot an cold water soi had to fillhot and then add cold The AC unit, while pumping plenty of cold, it was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep The water bottles in the room are not free, but $4 each - seriously? A poster in the elevator said the staff would know of excursions and events, but when we asked they had no clue. The IHOP restaurant is outrageously expensive $47 fr two breakfast after 15% discount. I understand it's a separate company but it is associated with the hotel. Overall I do recommend this hotel as it is conveniently located and overall value for the money
