The exterior might look rustic or maybe rusty... but the rooms were clean, nice, and well designed. Staff were kind and patient even though I arrived later than expected, and gave me a free drink. Location is fantastic. Price is cheap. Great choice.

This is a 1 star motel for better or worse. If you're looking for amenities or comfort, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a cheap place that's very close to where you'll actually be spending the bulk of your time, this is excellent! It was clean enough, had a fridge, a microwave, a working bathroom, decent bed, available parking (extra but cheap), and very walkable to scenic views & dining options

Corridor accessing the room was very dirty with lot of cigarette butts and smell on the way. Room was reasonably clean but could be better. OK for 1 night stay considering the price.

This budget hotel provided exactly what we expected for the price. The room was clean and included the essentials: microwave, fridge, hot water, TV, and basic furniture. The location was convenient – about a 10–15 minute walk to the incline railway that brings you down to Niagara Falls, which made it easy to reach the attractions. The only issue was the lack of accessible outlets for charging phones and other devices. There were none available, so we had to manage creatively. Overall, it’s a simple and clean option with a good location, well suited for a short stay.

Horrible Experience

Please do not waste your money by booking this hotel. AC was noisy, Bedsheet were smelly especially Mattress was horrible and I got back pain the next day. Spinder net were on the corner of the room. Overall, Very poor hotel 3rd class. Do not become fool by looking at the pictures.

This property is good in the picture but in reality, it is not, it is misleading and very frustrating. I can't believe that Expedia is doing business with this property. In fairness to the owner/management, your property is very accessible to all the places around but for some noticeable reasons, you have to fix everything so that you can serve your guests without remorse. You are just lucky because you're well represented by your selling agents, but in fairness of all, please check your building for integrity, have it painted, clean your surroundings before you accept customers.
