Really poor experience. Hotel room was really outdated. Pool was with an awful smell. There was an insect on the bed. Shower was brown!! Towels yellow!!! Talk about being cheap while charging luxury…

There was a leakage and a large area of the carpet beside the bed was wet. Cold air even when we changed to heat on the A/C and only cold water was coming from the sink even when turned to hot.

We were so excited for this trip as were going to spend our wedding anniversary, I chose this hotel room as I love the layout and the falls view. First was the parking, it was so expensive, we asked for garage parking but they said no more available as it is first come first served,but I saw the staff couple of times handed to the guest who just came behind us a pass for garage,which they said no more available for us? Good thing there is one kind staff who told us to park at the cassino instead which really wokr best for us. Then we went to our room, The room that we had was different from what I booked,the falls view was so little,we barely see it. the room layout was so different, I asked the staff if we can change but just gave me some alibi,so we had no choice but to stay in that room, the aircondition has broken rails so the air goes direclty to the bed which gaves us headache and cold in the morning, the towels smells odd and some have yellow stains,the faucet were dripping, theres no microwave, in the morning we tried to make coffee but it was way so dirty,I tried to clean/rinse it so many times but theres a lot of yellow scalds coming off,so we did not use it. I really taught chosing this hotel will give us a different level stay but we ended up wasting the money, it is really far from my expectation, it makes our vibes off and disappointed,our once a year treat to our self was ruined.

I had to call 3 times to have my sheets changed after room cleaning came. They put sheets on the bed that had dried blood on them, along with a period stained mattress pad. That we already slept in the night before without realizing. How disgusting to find that out. Then there was the constant drilling all day that I was never told when I booked that the noise level would be that bad. Very unsatisfied with my stay!

we stayed for 3 nights and all those 3 nights we heard the jetted tub noise around 11 and one night it was even at 1am when we were already sleeping and that woke everyone up. tables amd side tables are all very dusty

Nothing positive but over charging for everything. I just wanna give everyone a heads up that they will have to pay three times more for parking, restaurant and even coffee. I do not recommend its breakfast at all, for its poor quality and terrible coffee.
