We generally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The convenience of the OLG stage for our concert experience was fantastic. We would definitely book with you again for that reason alone. Our only negative was the view from our room. When I booked it said city view. We were on the 18th floor beside the pool. Our view was the back of the OLG stage and sided vertical tunnel. Another time I would ensure that we received a different view. Other than that we were pleased with our experience.

Daughters birthday weekend

My husband & I have stayed here plenty of times for leisure, so we decided to stay here as well with our 2 daughters as their birthday celebration. Our stay was amazing as usual! Check in & out was as easy as it could possibly be, although on-site parking was on the costly side - $80/night, it didn't come as a shock considering the hotel & its location. Our room was well cleaned, the view was wonderful. The location, cannot boast enough about. It's in the middle of all the hotspots! Will 100% be back again :)

Meh. For the price you pay it’s alright. Room was tiny, bed super bouncy and uncomfortable and no AC so the room was so hot and impossible to sleep couldn’t get the room temp below 25

Unhappy happy birthday

Parking was expensive, bath was scratched. Room had two different types of beds and bedding. Shower ran out of hot water very quickly and water barely ran from the shower head. Catching an elevator during check out was near to impossible. Had to walk down 14 flights of stairs with luggage and 3 children. Lobby constantly packed!!! Requested prior to arrival of a possible upgrade for birthday. Topic was never mentioned with long lines waiting to get checked in. Was put in south side of the hotel which I was told by my daughters who have stayed before that there where they had stayed prior was much nicer and this part of the hotel looked dirty and old. I thought with it being my birthday that at least I could have been out in the more remodeled part of the hotel but that was not the case whatsoever

The property was fine but for some reason the rooms were cold and heat was not working, called room service who sent out maintenance to check and they confirmed heat not working and we were promised space heater, 30 mins pass and I have to call back to figure out that they are out of space heaters, we were offered to move to a new room with the same exact issue and no heat, will think twice before booking again
