The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Great to have access to our favourite restaurants and the OLG Stage without having to go outside if we didn’t want to. Although we understand Niagara Falls is a tourist attraction, we found the price of breakfast was a little high for what we got. Thanks!

There were no Bellmen and I had to wait in excess of 40 minutes from when I checked in until I was able to bring my luggage up to the room. This was on a Saturday. Understaffed and no accountability to guests. Room was nice but service was horrible.
