Location excellent if you want be near the Clifton Hill attractions - lots of parking. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and lots of hot water. Front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Fridge a good size as well Will definitely return!

Hotel was a fun house. Sleeping was not an option. Room got changed because of kids playing and screaming in the halls at 1130. To a new room with 3am party animals waking me up again. Staff did notbing to control the noise level. Silly string and falling ceiling tiles in the elevator. Place had a funny smell in the whole hotel. I will never use this or any other holiday inn, after my experience here
