Quality hotel for a good price

Family really enjoyed the location, the room, the pool, and the closeness to the falls and kid activities (e.g., Speedway, mini golf). Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. A well priced, quality stay and would choose this location again if we were to return to Niagara Falls

We like the room with crib. We like that in the pool they had extra life jackets for costumers to use if they forgot to bring one. We like that the staff is nice and they greet you(not alot of hotel staff does that or normally ignore you). We like the fact that the hotel is very close to where everything is. We did not like that we had to walk 5-10 min walk behind the hotel because apparently the parking lot by the hotel is for reserved spots since its limited which for a first time coming to this hotel (no clue). We did not like that the jacuzzi was out of service due to a staff did not complete the water test. Which is odd given that it is a weekend. Also limited chairs since they used 1 of the chair to hold the out of service sign. This hotel has 2 elevators for the entire tower only and 1 service elevator which we did not know until 1 costumer showed us. We did not like the view as it was not facing the falls.
