The bed is outdated. The drapes don’t close so it bright in the room at 6am. Dumpster being emptied at 6am too. Not a pleasant wake up call. Staff super friendly. In the heart of the tourist area. Can walk to the falls.

Place is ver convenient because it’s close to the Falls. My only issue was not only do you have to pay for parking, you have to purchase breakfast. They tell you it’s buffet style but you still have to pay additional costs for tea, hot chocolate, water and juice.

The room was ok. It wasn’t the cleanest room. Found a hairbrush and the coffee pot had old used coffee pod and just was dirty. The main thing I didn’t like and they don’t show you is the pool/hot tub is in the basement. And there are steep stairs to get to the pool and then another set of steep stairs to get to the hot tub. It’s NOT ideal for elderly or people that struggle with steps. They really need to be transparent about the pool situation. Other than that the hotel is reasonable for the price. I can’t say I would stay there again but it was ok for the purpose it served

Had a wonderful stay at Vittoria Suites and Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the location is excellent—close to everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Everything was excellent against the cost we paid except 2 things: 1. Armchairs to be able to sit. There is a desk chair only. 2. Whenever a room is 2 queen beds and 3 adults then you have to provide bathroom stuff for 3 persons not for 1 person.

A lovely hotel in a great location! We really were happy with the convenience of the location. We were able to walk to the falls in order to see the 10:00 fireworks and walk back to the hotel.
