Be cautious and double-check your charges

It’s a decent option if you have no other alternatives. The room had some visible stains on the walls, which might need either a deep cleaning or a repaint. The bigger issue, however, was that my credit card was charged despite my stay being clearly marked as prepaid. I'm still trying to resolve this, and it's uncertain how it will end. Had I not reviewed my credit card statement, I wouldn’t have known — which is quite disappointing. Be cautious and double-check your charges

This was our 2nd time. Our first booking was excellent, all our requests were accomodated and we have a wonderful room. For our 2nd time, not all our requests were accomodated but overall out stay was excellent too! The staff was very friendly and he helped us secure our luggage while waiting to be checked-in. We will definitely choose Vittoria again the next time we visit Niagara!

Overall this hotel is a good option when staying in Niagara Falls. It is a walkable distance to the Falls, Clifton Hill, lots of restaurants and both casinos. The staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful. A few cons are that the elevators can be slow when the hotel is full and we had to park at an off-site location.

Pull out sofa bad was terrible! You could feel every spring, lump and bump!! Bedding did not stay in place! A flat sheet was used as a bottom sheet, and fell off! Noisy! You could hear traffic all night long! Elevators were very slow. Had to pay for parking and breakfast!

Really good location which is close to falls and Main Street. The place was clean and staff were fast with helping with extra pillows and blankets and setting up the sofa bed. Only thing to note is on site parking fills up fast but the offsite parking is very close to the hotel
