Staff customer service was horrible at the front desk but the cleaning staff was so friendly. The room was not as expected at all, it was 2 rooms not a suit with a bed room! The store was closed the whole time we were there so we had to go to connecting hotel for amenities 😡

All good, only thing is toilet was extremely low , I have bad knees had an aweful time getting up. Other than that the room and staff were excellent. P.s Hockey team kids 1am banging on all doors . Parents should be told if they don’t control their children they will be charged extra if complaints come in. Thank you
