Spacious and clean rooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. Convenience of on the sight restaurants etc. Parking was expensive ($70) for indoor & outdoor across the street was $35 per night. Front desk staff experience was not great, I found that staff was not very helpful and not so pleasant as well.

The hotel was close to lots of attractions and a wide variety of dining options right in the lower lobby. Room was lovely and we received a free upgrade, which was very nice of them! Great view and friendly service.

We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an EV charger. When we arrived, we were told that in order to use it we had to pay $100 for valet parking, with no other option to charge. This was never clearly disclosed at booking and felt misleading. On top of that, there was a constant tapping/rattling noise coming from the window for the entire stay, which kept us up most of the night. The issue made it very difficult to get any rest.

Overall say was good but there was one night that the staff member from the lobby called at 2am to ask under what name the reservation was, then another member called again at 4am to ask the same and there was a mixed up with the reservation and that they have given me someone’s else room.
