Nice hotel

The hotel was great. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Only issue was opening the door. It seemed to stick and took us about six tries to get it opened.

There was no soap in our Shower. Shower was slippery and dangerous. we requested the staff to correct the situation and were assured this will happen. In fact it did not. During our second day once again we had to shower without soap and tiptoe in the shower stall carefully. Very disappointing !

Was woken up at 7am from loud construction going on in what seemed like the room above me. Drills, saws, sanders and hammers all apart of my morning wake up. Also requested late checkout and was disturbed at 11 by cleaning staff even with my dnd on door. Manager was no help when I voiced my displeasure. Will never stay there again and will share my experience with everyone I can.

Excellent vacation

The stay was excellent, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The only issue we had was the fact that all vending machines for drinks were no longer in service as per the front desk, and since the gift shop is closed on weekdays, the only option to get a drink was to buy from TGIF which was very expensive. Also, the pool was very cold, it should be heated more.
