First room had a giant puddle in the bathroom. When we asked to change rooms we were given a room on a floor that was obviously under renovations. The AC/Heater unit sounded like a jet engine and our bathroom had its hot water supply shut off. Terrible hotel ... no wonder Four Points ditched the property

The staff were extremely good. The dining options were a plus. I would definitely suggest much better lighting in the rooms. It was rather dimly lit. The overhead light in the bathroom of 1109 A actually fell down from the ceiling. It needs to be secured in there . Overall it definitely needs better lighting Thank you, Sharon Borbill

Food ptices at the restaurants within the hotel are ridiculously high. At one of the steak houses we unknowingly paid a 128.00 dollar seating charge. Best to go outside of area to eat at normal prices. In all the hotel and views were spectacular.
