Do better with the smell of the rooms.

The overall stay was not completely poor, but the smell of the room was not the best. The room was so smelly that it seeped into the sheets. The room we got was convenient for our needs. I believe they could do a lot better when they advertise that they have smoke-free rooms, they should actually smell smoke free and not stinky.

Our only complaint is that we did not find out until we were on the way there that morning that the pool was going to be closed. They knew ahead of time and we should have that information before booking our room. We booked this hotel because it had a pool.

We love the room, the size and look of it. Absolutely loved the hot tub. We found hair in the tub which wasn’t a huge deal but I hate hair especially when it doesn’t belong to me and it was a bit inconvenient that there was no mini fridge—my husband has medication that needs to be refrigerated and I just assumed all hotels have one as I have never been in a hotel that did not have one. Also it is a bit inconvenient that ice is only located on the first floor. It is in a very good location and easy to go for dinner.
