The room was very nice and clean. There was no fridge though but that was on me for not noticing in the room description. The pillows on the bed were horrendous and there was only a very thin comforter on the bed and got no sleep even though the bed was super comfy.

This was our second time staying here. The first time everything was perfect but this time ruined everything for me. The staff when we were checking in were absolutely awful and irresponsible. They wouldn’t even take a look at my card and then refuse to use it. He kept saying my credit card was a debit and wouldn’t read what was written on my card. He absolutely ruined my short trip to Niagara Falls and neither him nor the management team member I talked to in the morning didnt even apologize for the inconvenience they caused. NEVER returning there.
