Definitely staff attitude and beds. I have booked this hotel since 6 years ago and I always loved the staff and comfortable beds. I got room 451 this time and I didn’t sleep that comfortable as in other rooms before. I would appreciate if staff is nicer when we do the check in. I felt like I was requesting a room for free. Thank you.

Room was spotless, clean, modern. The lobby had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate that was very nice. The outdoor pool was actually warm and the jacuzzi was a nice temperature. The only bummer was that only one elevator was working so there was a bit of a wait. We would stay in this hotel again, it was really nice. Danny was great when we checked in to the hotel! He was very courteous and professional.
