We had issues when we checked in.The staff has tried to reach out and attempted to assist . But it's just not the experience that was advertised and the expectation that were set.The room had a different guests name with a welcome wine bottle and a plate of food which had pork items which I mentioned both in my reservation and at the desk that we do not consume pork due to our religious belief, yet both those things were in the room.I paid a non smoking room and there were cigarettes buds on the terrace table.The fireplace was not on and it doesn't have any wood logs that it can be turned on , I mean I booked the room so we could enjoy the weather and get cozy with the fireplace. A very poor and disrespectful welcome and the in room amenities not even available.The next day we went out for breakfast and our keys stopped working and we had to stand 30 minutes outside to get in our room.I am sorry but I choose Silverado resort for high end customer service and experience but It is completely missing for us.Everytime I called the staff which had to multiple times I was quickly made quite by sending me $50 resort credit.They thought it was a quick fix to get rid of the situation. It became insulting at the end I mean for them giving resort credit fixes the disrespect they showed for my religious beliefs.in the end a manager reached out and said they arose and extended recovery gestures including dining credits, waived resort fees, and additional accommodations that exceeded thei
