The staff was amazingly friendly, offered everything in their power to make us feel comfortable. The room was very comfortable and clean. By far the most amazing hotel I have stayed at with, great service, good entertainment, and great food. Overall 10/10 experience with Shashi Hotel!

The hotel was clean, but I'd hardly call it a 4-star hotel. I was very disappointed with the attempted early check-in, having no room assigned for a premium king when I returned that evening, and when I returned, the room that was assigned was located on the 2nd floor above trash pickup, with a 4:00 a.m. wake-up each day. Due to the less-than-stellar accommodations for what was presented on this site as luxury or high-end, I have to share a poor review. I'd compare this hotel to a Hyatt Place at best, and Hyatt Place has breakfast and coffee...

Everything!!!! We loved it here. The price was decent the amenities amazing! My husband and I traveled here for a bday trip. Best part the food!!! Everything we ate from there was delicious we are foodies it’s a part of our vacationing finding good food and we like to rate our stays that have food options. And this one by far rated 10/10. Rooms were nice and comfy, front desk was also nice except now being able to do something for a birthday. The only other complaint was our rooms AC was not working and was hot. I told front desk and they told me they would have someone check it out, but never did.
