Advertised as a 5-star hotel. It was not. Not even close! Okay by me, because 5-stars is too fancy, and this was a good fit.

The room was not what I expected. Extremely small for the price.The AC wouldn't go below 72° but it felt much warmer, even with the black out curtains closed, it took 3 times just to flush the toilet with a single tissue in it. The choices of the soap and shampoo smelled horrid. A female does not want to smell like leather and sandalwood. The carpet was lifting in the hallways and the smell they had for the hotel gave me a headache. The lighting was lacking, with such a small room there were only 2 can lights. The fridge was set to max and it was warm. It was clean except for dust build up on a couple lamps, but I care more about the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but it was so warm in the room you couldn't get comfortable. There were no info or menus for the restaurants. I didnt need one but the robes were very soft.

This is one of the best hotel we have ever stayed . Nice scent inside the hotel and rooms are spacious and clean . Staff are very friendly. We loved here so much !! 10 mins walk to Google , 4 mins walk to Starbucks . Parking is so easy . We’d definitely stay here again !!!!plus there was baby grant piano and my daughter enjoyed playing it for few days .

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Room was huge, comfortable beds but room had a very odd vinegar odor and blinds on one of the windows was broken along with the outlet by the bed. Was offeded complimentary breakfast for the issues but when we went down in the morning was told they would only offer one cup of coffee which was not good customer service.

The facility is great -- very modern, nice pool, hot tub and bar. Two minor gripes from our stay last night. First the TV network was unstable and keep 'buffering' -- jumping around during live sports. Second -- since our last stay, the hotel seems to have some kind of air freshener/scent system in place. Makes the entire hotel smell like Aramis cologne -- not a good thing.

It’s always a lovely stay with Shashi. The beds are so comfy, the rooms smell clean and crisp. I had business meetings and sat in their work suites. Love the staff and management .
