I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent — every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room was spotless, calm, and beautifully decorated, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the welcome beverage; it was a thoughtful touch that set a positive tone for the stay. The hotel is accross the street from the Computer History Museum. The only downside for me was the bed, which I didn’t find very comfortable. While everything else exceeded expectations, a better mattress would have made the stay perfect. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great service and atmosphere — just a small improvement needed on the bedding.

We did not get breakfast. We did not go in the hot tub. The room was very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and professional at check in. There should be decent coffee available in the room, not just instant. The room was very cold, as it was cold outside. It took a few hours for the room to warm up and the bed sheet blanket was not warm enough. We were both uncomfortably cold while the room warmed up.
