The staff was extremely rude, my room was not the room I booked, they made me go downstairs to grab pillows and a blanket myself. The pool was disgusting. There was nothing but young kids working there with no manners or any customer service skills. I’m so disappointed for the amount of money I paid for one night this is the worst I’ve experienced.

Decent place, service is fine, breakfast is good. Unfortunately there was a fire on the third floor while were there and many people had to be leave and rebook elsewhere. The rest of us stood in the parking lot until the fire department let us renter. Very odd experience.
