We stay here quite often when visiting our family. After the renovation the rooms have improved far as appearances go. The beds however are the same mediocre at best. The breakfast is convenient. Staff members are friendly. Overall the best option for the price when visiting Morgan Hill.

Nice, clean and roomy accommodations. Good breakfast options and eating area is spacious. Coffee self service table is apart from main food area and nice to be able to get second cup of coffee or tea without crowds.

Greeted with a friendly smile upon check in, staff were great. Room was better than expected, good size for a two queen and a nice balcony. I appreciate that the rooms are well kept, and updated. Breakfast was a nice treat, there was something for everyone as well as a nice place to sit and eat outside of your room. I think I found my new spot to stay while visiting family in Morgan Hill.

I am not sure if this is Expedia's problem or Hampton's, but I reserved and paid for 2 rooms for my family. I was not there. When my family went to check in at about 9:00 pm on Thursday, (with 2 small children and an elderly man) they were told I need to be there as well or they would not check them in. That is ridiculous and a major issue for all of us. I was 1/2 hour away and even though I told the front desk on the phone I could show them my ID on face time or text a photo, they said I needed to show them in person. This was absurd and was not told that was a policy or I would not have used Expedia. I had to drive a 1/2 hr each way at 9:00 on Thanksgiving night just to show the front desk my driver's license. I am still pissed. Amazingly stupid.
