Unprofessional manager who often used foul language and overreacted when asked to compensate us for lack of internet by kicking us out in 30 minutes to refund our last night when all I asked for was “some compensation”.

Easy road access with private parking. Outdated units but clean beds. Could use some remodeling. Found the sharp angles of the bed to be very dangerous for my chins and toddler. There were a few furniture pieces that were broken.

The floors were extremely dirty like they hadn't been mopped for a long time. The back of the door was black from where everyone touches it. Asked the front desk for things to clean it cause I had already unpacked and she tried to turn it around on me for not asking to be moved to another room. The front desk locks the door at 7 pm so it's hard to catch someone. I have stayed here several times before and it was never this gross.

I wouldn’t come back here if they paid me to. The customer service was terrible, over the phone and in person. I was yelled at and treated poorly because they didn’t understand my question. The place is dirty. Walking on the carpet left our feet black, the door hadn’t been wiped, there were hairs in the tub. The monitors in the rooms beeped every so often all day and night.
