The room was clean. Our shower head was broken, but got replaced quickly. The spa wad not in working order. That was a dissapointment because it was one of the reasons we book with this hotel.

The breakfast and some of the staff was great. The property itself smells like vomit and a hospital. The rooms are decently comfortable but the noises around are pretty loud. You can hear the doors nearby slam, toilets flushing, and the neighors tv and talking through the walls.

My partner and I loved the room it was very clean, good pillows, and a lot of storage space. It also came with a microwave and mini fridge which was much appreciated. IHG hotels have become a reliable hotel for us. Especially because of the complimentary breakfast. It makes our stay so much more enjoyable and elevates a lot of stress in the morning allowing us to enjoy our vacation more.
