Booked on the app and left instructions we would be arriving late. Called about a hour after booking the room to confirm they saw our “notes” left in the booking and was told they were sold out and to call hotels.com to cancel the booking! The hotel neglected to update their availability with hotels.com and thus the app allowed the room to be overbooked! So glad we called to confirm otherwise would’ve been very upset trying to check in when we arrived! Hotels.com made things right and found us another room to stay in at a different hotel and they covered the price difference! Thank you hotels.com!
